Do You Have Insurance?
Yes we do, E3 Home Inspections does have insurance, home Inspectors are not required by law to have insurance, so it's a great idea to ask.
What is Your Service Area?
E3 Home Inspections services most of the Puget sound. You can receive a quality home inspection within King, Snohomish, and Skagit Counties. Our Major cities and areas served are:

When will I get my report?
A typical turnaround time is within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection. We do our best to deliver a thorough and specific report that will be helpful. Morning inspections usually allow for a completed report that evening. The reports are delivered via online download. You will be emailed a user name and a password to download and view the report. Reports can be accessed via our HomeGuage profile or directly though our web site on our clients page.
Do you inspect Mobile homes?
Yes, we do! Mobile homes have some unique differences from conventional stick-built homes. We have had training and experience with mobile homes and would be happy to provide an inspection.
What specialized equipment do you utilize?
We like to provide our clients with the best, most thorough home inspection possible. Some of the tools we use are: thermal imaging camera, pinless moisture meter, pin-type moister meter, electrical testers, and many more pieces of equipment.
